Poco a Poco

We’ve been busy working on a few projects around the house over the last couple of weeks - the biggest one being the completion of the tower roof. Hopefully, this project will be finished by tomorrow. “Poco a poco”.

FOR DINNER TONIGHT:

Chicken Spaghetti – p. 90, Tasteful Traditions cookbook. I am giving this 3 out of 5 stars, but not because it wasn’t a good recipe. There are no canned cream of anything soups here. Only packets of powdery mixes, which settled to the bottom of the dish during baking time, and gave the dish a very “concentrated” flavor. I’m sure this is a very good recipe, and if I make it again, I will only use two soup packets and thoroughly dissolve the mix.
