A few weeks ago, we stopped at our favorite mall in San Jose for lunch. The International Book Store was having a big sale on a wide variety of books. I stumbled across this "Greatest Ever Potato" book, and in my opinion, it lives up to its name. I'm always looking for new great side dishes. I have tried several recipes out of this book already, and they have been delicious.
If you like potatoes as much as we do, I highly recommend this book!
