Yesterday, we expanded our ever-growing family by ten. Our new hens were delivered to their new luxurious home down by the river, complete with a spacious coup, large mossy covered boulder, and lots of room to hunt for insects and worms.
They seem to be very happy, and have already given us two eggs. Of all the places to lay, the first one was deposited right on top of the boulder. I guess she liked the soft green moss.
