SPROUTS

I’ve been growing a variety of sprouts, and it’s really fun and easy! Sprouts are extremely nutritious, rich in vitamins, minerals, protein, and amino acids. Sprouts are great in salads, on sandwiches, in omelets, in vegetable juice; in any dish that you might add fresh veggies.

DAY 1 - Soak about 2 Tablespoons of seeds in water for 6 - 8 hours.

DAY 3 - Seeds are beginning to germinate. Seeds must be rinsed at least twice a day!

DAY 5 - Ready to sit in the sun for about 8 hours to develop chlorophil.
